Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 7–15 Business Days
- Rest of the World: 10–20 Business Days
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over €60.
For orders below €60, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
All shipping charges will be clearly shown before the order is completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Customs inspections
- Carrier disruptions
- Weather conditions
- High seasonal demand
- Public holidays
- Other circumstances beyond our control
PescaNovis is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address information supplied by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages

PescaNovis is not responsible for packages marked as successfully delivered by the carrier.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
PescaNovis has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipping to certain countries, regions, or locations at our discretion.
If we are unable to fulfill an order due to shipping restrictions, the customer will be notified and issued a full refund.
