Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the standard return procedure.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for replacement or refund costs.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Refunds
